IMPORTANT NOTICE -- APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BETWEEN October 15 - NOVEMBER 30, 2018.
All applications must be submitted online - please log in any time between October 15 - November 30 to submit your application. (Applications will close on November 30.)

What happens if I miss the November 30 deadline?

The deadline for submission of applications was November 30.
A program of this magnitude requires many hours of volunteer work. As of November 30, we have 526 applications. Our focus will be to provide gifts to those 526 children.
Last year, over 200 applications came in AFTER deadline which required many, many additional hours of work. We had applications coming in and people out shopping two days before Christmas!! At our committee meeting in February, we agreed that in order to work effectively (and be fair to our volunteers who already give up many hours of their own holiday season), we would adhere to the application deadline (October 15 – November 30.) The deadline information was posted on our website, our Facebook page, emailed to all of last year’s applicants, and sent out in private Facebook Messenger messages. (to avoid any “surprises).
FOR THOSE WHO MISSED THE DEADLINE:
We cannot guarantee it, but it is possible that there may be some left over gifts after we have taken care of those who responded within the application deadline.
If you would like to be put on a waiting list, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the names and ages of the children. (Please do not specify items/sizes, since we cannot guarantee items.)
If we should happen to have gifts left over, we will email you with a date and time that you can come select one clothing item and one toy per child.
